The project includes only the features, pages, and functionalities mentioned in the approved proposal. Any additional requirements will be treated as a separate scope and charged accordingly.
Work will begin only after advance payment. Remaining payment must be cleared before final delivery. Delay in payment may result in project hold or service suspension.
Hosting/server services are not included in development cost unless explicitly mentioned. If provided by us, it is a separate paid service with defined validity. Non-renewal will lead to suspension or removal of the website. Continued usage without renewal is not permitted.
Domain purchase and renewal are the client’s responsibility unless handled by us as a paid service. Domain access will be shared as per agreed terms.
Handover includes admin access (WordPress/CMS login) and basic guidance if applicable. It does not include server-level access, migration support, detailed technical documentation, or third-party coordination. Any additional support will be chargeable.
After handover, the client is responsible for securing and managing all credentials. Any re-sharing, reset, or clarification after handover will be treated as a paid service.
It is the client’s responsibility to take backups and migrate the website upon project completion or termination. We are not responsible for any data loss or delays if the client fails to act within the given timeline.
Handover-related support (clarifications/access guidance) is limited to 3 days from the date of delivery. Any requests beyond this period will be treated as a paid service.
Support is limited to the agreed duration. Post-delivery updates, changes, or assistance will be chargeable. No lifetime free support is provided unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Any work not explicitly mentioned in the proposal, including migration, backup assistance, technical explanations, or coordination with third parties, will be considered additional work and billed separately.
We are not responsible for issues related to hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, or any third-party tools or services.
Either party can terminate the project. Upon termination, completed work and available access will be shared. Any further support will be chargeable. Active services will be discontinued if not renewed.
If the client does not respond or take necessary action within the given timeline, the project/service will be considered closed from our end, and no further responsibility will be held.
All communications, approvals, and handovers shared via email, WhatsApp, or online meetings will be considered valid proof of delivery and agreement.
We are not responsible for data loss due to non-renewal, client-side delays, third-party issues, or any problems arising after project handover without an active maintenance agreement.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Andhra Pradesh only.
